Shane has done multiple jobs around the house and I highly recommend Shane. His quality of work and professionalism sets him apart. I will update this review with description of jobs and new pics as he completes them: Baseboards: Needed baseboards redone due to water damage. This was the first job I hired Shane to do. Excellent work! Fence Gate: I have a little one that’s likes to play around the yard and needed a fence gate put in. Shane sourced the materials and built the gate on site and installed it. Front Porch Tile: Wife wanted the front porch tiled. Shane came and divided the work in three phases: Strip old stain and multiple layers of paint, tile and grout. Shane worked hard and made sure the work was done right. Tile looks amazing!

My husband and I were completely blown away by this company. Shane and his crew were very timely, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They left our job site in great shape and made an effort to clean as they were going along in the project. My project turned out beautiful and I will be using this company for future projects.

We had scheduled work to be done by Shane and his crew. He was originally very pleasant to speak with, and I was happy to utilize his business. However, we had a family member contract covid, so we postponed the work. When I attempted to reschedule, I sent several texts over the course of multiple days. I received one back saying he was busy and would call me the next day. I never heard from him. Hence, we do not believe he is professional or responsive to his customers, and do not recommend his services.

Shane and his crew were skilled, professional and customer service oriented. They have a strong work ethic , listened to our needs and desires for the project and brought them to life. They take pride in their work. Durrance Carpentry is a rare find.
