I made and confirmed an appointment for an estimate. After a half hour he was a no-show and no call or text. I texted to determine whether he was coming at all. He texted back “Sorry, finishing other job now” and offered to arrive in an hour. No thanks. Despite a nice website and 5-star reviews, he’s not a professional.
