I had a great experience with Santa’s Little Helpers. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, professional, and quick to respond. The repair work was completed as requested and the crew was very easy to work with. Their calendar is booked way out, so there was a bit of a wait for me, but it was worth waiting for!

Fantastic experience! I needed my entry stairs replaced as they were rotted and dangerous. I contact Santa’s Little Helpers and Jeff came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional and listened to what I wanted. I wanted the stairs replaced with a ramp. I wanted it to look nice using vertical bars for the railing plus a gate for entry as once the ramp was completed it would be fenced in to provide an enclosed area for my dog. The whole crew was very experienced and did a fantastic job. I thought it would take a long time to get the project done however to my surprise they were able to tear out the old stairs and deck and install the new ramp in just 3 days. I highly recommend them!

I needed help with grab bars and safety railings at my parents’ house. Santa’s Little Helpers has always been helpful at my own house and they did an excellent job. They are reliable and great at communicating. The install went especially well because they took the time to get my disabled mother, who is super short, to stand and ensure that the bars were not too high – the standard heights would not do. They special ordered everything needed and also left the work areas clean. I’ve always felt that their work is well worth the price and I have had work done by them inside and outside. Very skilled!
