We have used Gene and his crew several times and they always do an awesome job. We couldn’t be more happy with their work. New windows look great and they also made a glass tabletop that we love.

The owner was very helpful in finding the various sizes of Plexiglass that I needed from his cut-off stock, and was very fair with the pricing.

Recently had my master bathroom renovated. I needed someone to come out and reinstall the glass shower door. This company was more than rude and incoherently said that they were not interested in the business. I don’t like to post negative reviews, especially local, but if you’re not willing to take on new work, don’t waste the time of others. This was a nasty call.

I’ve used this company twice. Bob’s shower glass installation was decent, but he is a poor communicator and has no follow up skills. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Buyer beware…

I have called the owner over 2 months , to perform work in my house. I have left several messages . Called numerous times. Spoke to the owner last week promised he would come this week . What a LIAR never called or showed up. Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend not using this arrogant owner of this business. I would definitely use a better company in St. Augustine. I wish I never considered using them most of all . They SUCK.
