Chris worked hard to make my ceiling look better after it had been damaged by a water leak from the condo upstairs. He even helped me move my furniture back in place!!! I would highly recommend him for any job that you might have at your home or condo!

Chris’s repairs were amazing! We had to breakdown a door in our home because our littles locked it and we couldn’t get in. In doing that, the door frame badly split. Chris came right in and repaired and painted it. The job was professional and the door frame looks brand new. Thank you Chris!

Highly recommended!! I send his card to everyone that asks about residential repairs. Mr Chris saved us from having to go get a hotel when our a/c shut down without warning. We tried all the usual stuff with no luck. One phone call to our friendly repair man and we were luck enough for him to be right over and had us up and running. Needless to say we canceled our maintenance plan with the other company, Chris educated us on everything he did and the things he noticed while he did his process of diagnosing. I’ve never had a contractor as professional as him. I will continue to use the friendly repair man for all of our needs.

Chris does an amazing job! He replaced, repaired, and repainted some drywall. So seamless you would never know it was damaged. Chris is a 5 star guy all around. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, on time, attentive to detail, considerate, respectful…a real pleasure to have him work in my home. He cleaned up after and even removed the trash.
