We have gotten multiple jobs both big and small done by Handyman Mark and his team. Don’t plan on stopping. Handyman Mark is my “go to” and will continue to be as long as I have renovations and repairs that are out of my realm of expertise. Would gladly recommend.

It is our opinion that Handyman Mark is not reliable not dependable and he sent two people out to do the work that only knew kind of what they were doing and the other guy had no clue what he was doing! The two guys were sub-par to say the least. Handyman Mark did no work on our premises at all. We needed a post and rail to be installed with spindles that were separated about 4 inches apart and not lined up the other way to create a straight line. Terrible. The small tool shed needed two new doors and one side locked which was turned around with gaps left under the doors. The doors are uneven and won’t even close. The one guy spray painted the slats on the doors with black spray paint and the paint is already disappearing. The holes left from the nail gun are throughout the door leaving holes everywhere so the rain can rot the wood. That cost us 450.00!! The nails were driven all the way through the doors and cut off and left in the lawn. We called Mark several times to complain. He said he would come out to check it out and canceled us twice. He didn’t even called to say that he wasn’t coming and that he had a personal issues so he was a no show. He was supposed to come today, August 28th, after 5 and canceled again post 5:00 after we made plans to leave work and be here on time. He never responded. We believe that his crew’s work is shotty. We believe that Handyman Mark is undependable. He is not worth the money. We hired Handyman Mark and thought that he would do the job. Instead he sent out two clowns to do some kind of work! They ran a spackle line across our bedroom ceiling in preparation of painting the bedroom only never to return and even left a drop cloth on the floor. The whole room remains tore up with no one to finish the paint job. I suggest that you turn the page on Handyman mark and hire someone else. He took 1,200.00 from us and failed to deliver a quality product and does not stand by his work. Terrible customer service. We think he is a big rip off!

We recently contracted with Handyman Mark to add a carport to an existing concrete foundation and replace the back deck of the house. We are very satisfied with the quality and timely install of both projects and will consult with them for any future projects. Bruce

Highly recommend this business!! replaced shed roof and installed porch railings. I had squirrels and birds using branches from across the fence to access a hole in the shed roof and nest in my shed. When Mark Jr., came out to look at the shed for an estimate he cut back all the branches to fix the problem – he didnt have the job yet, but he fixed the problem anyway! I got multiple estimates, so I know they offer a good value. Crew is friendly, professional, great people doing great work.

Don’t do business with this establishment poor quality and uses cheap material. Meaning rippes you off.
