Arranged to meet at a property to walk through and get an estimate for work. Confirmed yesterday morning on the phone that 5:30 was the time for our meeting. I drove 80 miles round trip to meet the contractor at 5:30. I was there 30 minutes early, stayed 45 minutes after our scheduled meeting time. Called and left a voicemail asking if something had changed. No response. Called again during business hours today, left another message, again, no response. I own multiple properties and told them I was looking for someone to work on all of them. I’ll keep looking for someone reliable.

Really had a good experience with this company. I live out of town and needed repairs done at my mom’s house. They squeezed her into their schedule quickly and my mom loves the work they did. Very affordable as well. We will continue to use them in the future.
