My 80 year old Dad showed up to his house in Durango for the first time this winter to find he couldn’t get anywhere near the house. He reached out to me (in California) after a couple days informing me he had gone there to find he had no water and other concerns going on and had to walk the 1000 yards across the river and up a steep driveway to the house because of the snow. I was in a mad scramble trying to figure out how to get him help ASAP. Andrew answered my prayers and showed up with his snow plow and cleared the road, put chains on his truck and supported him with a couple other things. When my Dad called me after meeting Andrew, there was such relief and joy in his voice. He felt safe and taken care of and was so grateful for Andrew. He felt he couldn’t tell me enough how nice Andrew was and how much he liked him! Thank you Andrew for helping me out so last minute and helping my Dad (and I) feel ‘looked after.’ He said he took your card so I’m sure you’ll hear from him again 😉😅

In the fall I confirmed with Andrew that he would plow our driveways this winter as he did the year before. First big snow in December and he didn’t show up. I emailed and left several messages over the next week and never heard back. Very disappointed.

We had Andrew & crew do major reworking of drainage, with a LOT of pesky cobble, around our house. They did a great job including closure of an area by our steps with block & mortar. Can’t say enough about the quality of work,

Was in a pinch in need of unexpected plow services. Andrew called me back the same day, provided a realistic quote, and came out on schedule. Professional, friendly and came through! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Was told that they would contact me with a quote after visiting our rental property. Never heard from them again. Called Andrew several times and never heard back. The estimate came an hour after the negative review was left. Then I was sent a letter from Andrew asking for the review to be deleted.

I had an appointment to get a quote for exterior repairs and paint for my new home. I emailed photos of the home after speaking with Andrew and received no reply. I waiting at the home until 15 minutes after the appointment time. I then called and left a message. This company didn’t show up and never returned my call.
