I was able to schedule very easily with quick follow up. Sonny came out same day and was able to repair a gate gone wonky and secure my basement vanity. All under an hour! I will call whenever I need handyman “stuff”. Thank you.

Do not hire them for paint work! They will not send you professional painters, but instead “lazy guys with paint brushes”. The “painters” did not listen to use when we explained what we needed done, and wasted their time doing other paint touch ups we didn’t ask for. After voicing our complaints to the owner, they sent one of the original painters back to fix his sloppy work. We never got the rest of the work we paid for completed. Additionally, the fan we had them install was wobbly and made noises. We told the owner that it wasn’t properly installed, and when they showed up to fix the terrible paint job, they didn’t know about the fan issue and I had to explain it to them again. Terrible communication. I have also used this company for installing soft close cabinet slides. They work, but not that well. I also had them “fix” a shower door which they couldn’t quite fix, which may be a fault of the shower door, but they charged a lot to “sort of” fix it. It seems Mr. Handyman is more about checking the box on jobs, rather than quality work. In reply to the owner below: Another professional company quoted me a similar price, but they came beforehand and went over every single spot we wanted done in painful detail, took pictures, and guaranteed it would be done in a day or very slightly more than 1 day. Mr. Handyman didn’t even do a tiny fraction of what I wanted. I was home and working so I couldn’t check on the progress until a little after noon. When I did, I explained that we needed the trim work done and didn’t care about main wall touchups or doing all of the baseboards. They would have known this if they weren’t ignoring my wife when she initially explained everything. We walked around with them again explaining what we wanted and told him my son’s room was the worst and the priority. They never did anything in my son’s room! After the fact, I explained all these issues to them in a text thread (which they did not address, I just got a response with another appointment confirmation). Why are they blaming my realtor and why can’t they communicate?

I wish I could write 0/5. Got a quote 2 months out from a project I needed. Paid thousands of dollars in a deposit just to be told the night before that permits aren’t pulled in time and that it would cost 1500$ EXTRA. My family planned to stay with me and the quote was for a room to be built. This scam made it so my family had nowhere to stay, held my deposit hostage, and tried to force me to pay thousands more than I was quoted the night before when my options where slim to none. I would avoid this company at all cost.

These guys are the real deal. They fixed some trim / gutter damage from a moving truck that was backed into the house. Not only did they do an outstanding job start to finish, it was at a reasonable price!
