Tom has come to my rescue several times over the past 15 years or so. He has demonstrated that he can fix pretty much everything, from welding one of my tables to a total 3 treatment room build out in my east wing office. I have always been impressed with his working knowledge on virtually every project I have asked him to do over the past 10 to 15 years.

I am a local roofing contractor and customers often ask for things that I may not be able to handle for them. I recommend Tom Jackson at Handyman Extraordinaire. Even when I have called after hours, he is quick to respond and I can trust he will contact our customer in a timely fashion. He has had foreman on site to provide estimates very quickly and my customers were very happy with their interactions with Tom and the folks he works with. I would highly recommend Handyman Extraordinaire.

Phone experience: Call is at noon on a Saturday in Feb of 2016- *Lady answers with something indistinguishable* Me: “Hi I’m looking for handyman extraordinaire please” Lady: Uhhhh who is this please? (Note to customer service folks. This was not your opportunity to ask who is calling. As a business you respond to the customers inquiry first, and if they have not introduced themselves, THEN you ask who they are, and politely.) Me: “Um this is Ryan. Again I’m looking for handyman extraordinaire.” Lady: “Uhh yeah, you can call him at 719-XXX-XXXX.” Me: “….ok thanks goodbye.” Suggestion: Either get a real secretary, or change your listing so that it goes to your actual phone mister Extraordinaire. If this gets fixed and you tell me, I will adjust my review. This town is littered with erroneous google maps listings and poor customer service. Please do better.
