TKR Construction 3 years agoAn absolute WONDERFUL experience with TKR Construction! We wanted to remodel existing square footage as well as add some new construction to our house. Ken helped guide us through setting up a master plan, understanding what both our short-term and long-term goals were. From there, he was able to design a plan that sequenced things perfectly, so could take advantage of all open walls/construction. Ken also presented us a number of options for the new space, which was very productive, and ultimately we selected a plan that was an evolution of the idea my wife & I had. Ken is a collaborative architect who has a great eye for homes. The construction process was the easiest I’ve ever seen. Despite having to demolish an entire exterior wall, there was virtually no dust outside of the construction area. The team built a full ceiling-to-floor plastic guard to keep our kitchen and living room livable. All of the workers were exceeding polite, and left no sharp objects around (due to the fact that we have little kids). We finished on-time and on budget. Not only did we have a great experience with TKR, we also recommended TKR to other friends who have now had similar experiences. Highly recommend them – the quality was excellent.

From concrete polish and restoration to the installation of epoxies, this is the company to hire. I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The laborers were respectful and focused on their job. The office staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and super friendly. They have met and exceeded my expectations! I will definitely hire them for all my concrete needs and I recommend them to anyone looking for the same!

PCN3, INC. a month agoWhere do you start with these clowns none of their workers hold any state certifications, you barely can understand their English and turn around and make changes to what is on the scope do not follow the actual plans correctly and have to sue them for your change orders and money look them up they are a class act these foreigners shafted their own employees and seem to run a s show it is like they are paying off the inspectors heard they were under investigation for insurance fraud and paying employees less than their PW wage including having undocumented workers work for them mind you these people are corrupt yet cry for their Money when they do not pay their sub contractors and they have to take them to court sooner or later the piper comes a knocking. Don’t trust their work as far as you can throw them I do not know how these city award them any contract let alone pay them for their shotty work they claim to be engineers yet rarely complete work on time a perfect example was the oceanside pier job.
