I solicited your services to install a Ring doorbell. No wire installation required. The first repairmen (Jimmy) that went out realized that the doorbell worked in connection to a smart phone and simply left! He stated he doesn’t work on smart phones. Kudos go out to the second handyman (Michael) that went out and properly installed the doorbell.

Unfortunately I can now back up what other people are saying. Jimmy- if you have issues with “other people” paying you I recommend that you collect a deposit or payment information up front. OR ask that we meet you at the property. I own 20 rental properties as well as a very professional property management company. I was told my business was not wanted because I reside in Conway and have an out of state area code. Interesting business model to say the least.

Phone conversation lasted 16 seconds and he managed to be rude and disrespectful. Impressive! Phone call recap: Him: “Hello this is Jimmy.” Me: “Hello Jimmy. My name is Chris. Are you still in the Handyman business?” Him: “I don’t work for people out of town. It’s too hard to get money from them.” (Hangs up the phone) Interesting attitude, especially in an area with a large military community where it’s not uncommon to live locally but have a phone number with a different area code.
