Our luckiest phone call was when Michael responded to an SOS for a handyman to help us move into our new home: installing ceiling fans, installing Pelican water treatment system, and at least a dozen other small things and then the custom shelving setup in our less-than-ideal pantry. He’s pleasant, SUPER knowledgeable about — it seems – EVERYTHING, he was on time or he called to let us know if he was hung up for parts or supplies, he always left the space cleaner than when he found it after any job, he’s reasonable, and he was creative in solving problems. He re-engineered an under-sink rack for our cutting boards, for example, so that it would fit in the allotted space. Testament to his work is that we haven’t called him back in the 9 months we’ve lived here. (Although I did call him recently to tell him how his work has contributed to the quality of our life since moving in. Ya gotta give credit where due, ya know?) He’s tech-savvy for communicating and invoicing/payment. Full-circle awesome.

I needed a backyard gate inserted/installed at my home. Michael was prompt with coming out and making suggestions then he followed up with a professional quote which was more than fair. He did a great job installing the gate, paying attention to slight elevation changes and our desire NOT to have it rattling in the wind. It is refreshing to work with someone who gets the term “Service”. Thanks Michael!
