I was referred to Wasim by a friend, and I’m very glad I used him. I explained my overall goal and objective of the things I needed to get done and had some key things I wanted done on his trip. He assured me he was able to complete the tasks and would do a walkthrough for other items on the property that might need to be looked at in the future. He was clear on his rates and fees, and arrived five minutes early. He quickly got to work, offering tips and advice for the items and certain upcoming projects, all while happily answering my questions so I can learn more about home maintenance. He was patient, efficient, kind, and gave a fair rate. Highly recommend to all. He was willing to do other projects that I had in mind for the future, was great to learn from, and did excellent work that gave me the biggest relief I needed. Thank You Wasim!
