2 years agoRaymond did 2 outstanding jobs for me then the next one took my $240 and never heard from him again.

2 years agoAfter being quoted by two well known roofing companies that I needed a new roof, Raymond was able to find the leak and fixed the problem. What he thought was initially the problem he later discovered was a short cut the builder had done to the roof and fixed that problem as well. I would definitely recommend Raymond and would use again.

3 years agoBuilt a beautiful deck for our 1958 bungalow. Every old house comes with special surprises; Shamrock upgraded our old porch foundation and redesigned the existing structure to suit our needs, without charging extra for the additional work. We’re so pleased with the results!

3 years agoMr. Roop was hired to finish some renovations to several posts on my front porch, back patio, and shed. He did a great job despite several issues that made the job difficult and unique. He remained patient with changes I made mid-way through the job and made several trips to pick up materials needed. He was very polite and patient and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate me. He stayed within budget which was very reasonable.

3 years agoHas been a nightmare dealing with Raymond Roop of Shamrock Home Repairs! He told me he had a ladder tall enough to replace my cathedral ceiling fan. He did not. Tried to work on it using a tall ladder on one of my plastic folding tables. Of course, that is not stable enough. He cut the wires too short when taking down the existing fan and that caused problems. He would say he was going to show up and work on it, and then not show up. (This happened several days.) Should have just said he couldn’t do it. Did not communicate well with me. There were other projects I wanted him to do. He did a few of those to begin with and I paid him, even though he said I wouldn’t have to pay him until all the jobs were completed. He asked for some money on the fan job the first day. He got the fan partially installed but the wires were bunched up and shoved up in to the down rod. Installation not complete. Very unprofessional. Very unreliable. I would not recommend hiring him.

3 years agoHired Raymond to move a heavy desk unit and a workbench. They struggled with the weight of it And I think I tested their limits but ultimately they got the job done without damaging the items. Thanks guys.

3 years agoI take it back. Did good on my roofing job but second job was a complete disaster. I’m done with contractors. Complete and total mess.
