Joe&Son Hardwood Flooring went above and beyond everything we wanted in the hardwood floor in our spare bedroom. Very professional and so nice to a Father and Son’s working together. I will get them again for the other bedroom. Great job, very neat clean up and best of all, Happy Wife.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his sons. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We had a large great room and dining area that needed to be refinished due to severe sun fading. The refinishing process was absolutely seamless. There was virtually no mess. The guys texted me every time they arrived and left our vacant house. They were very patient with my many questions. Joe provided excellent insight when it came time ton choose a finish. They also followed up several times to make sure I was happy. They are very kind and conscientious as well as being experts in their field.

Joe and John came to Sherwood to redo our floors. The previous owners of our home had dogs that really did a number on the maple floors unfortunately. Joe listened to what we were looking for and delivered. Joe and John did spectacular work making our floors beautiful again! We haven’t found any dust and with their cleanup after, you’d never know they were here except the floors are gorgeous! Our project took about 3 days to complete. The team was so polite and respectful! Hard to find manners these days. If you are considering getting your floors done, we would definitely recommend Joe & Son Hardwood. They did not disappoint!!

I contacted Joe over the weekend to get a quote for three bedrooms that needed refinishing. He was very responsive, and even though my house is 40 miles away he was able to give me a quote based on the photos and measurements I sent. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to schedule the job for the same week. When Joe and John showed up, they were super-friendly and professional. My 99 year old maple floors needed some TLC and now they’re beautiful! They didn’t even leave a mess: no dust, and no trace of the heavy machinery they used. All in all, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

Very nice to work with, they covered our doorway with plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. On time and reasonable priced my floor is beautiful after they refinished it.

We reached out to Joe after looking through reviews and options online, and I am sure glad we did!! We needed him to help bring some old hardwood floors back to life after being buried under carpet for years. One of the rooms also had residual glue from previous floor on it, and they got the job done beautifully! Joe was able to meet quickly after initially being contacted, looked over the job and provide a fair and honest quote for the work needing to be done. They were able to get us on the schedule shortly after and knocked it out in 2 days. They were prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job.

Most of our main living area has hardwood flooring, and the floors were showing signs of age. There were faded areas and scuffs and scratches. We reached out to Joe and Son Hardwood flooring, and they were a pleasure to work with. The service was friendly, timely, highly professional, and the quality of the workmanship was just excellent. Joe worked with our schedule to find the best time to get the job done to minimize the inconvenience, and they finished on-time! We are highly satisfied with the whole experience. Our re-surfaced hardwood floors are perfect, and we’ve received lots of compliments from house guests! I highly recommended this company for your flooring needs!

J&S refinished our floors in our 1934 house. The previous owners had installed carpeting over the original red oak floors years ago. They were in rough shape when we pulled the carpeting up. They look AMAZING today!

If we could give Joe and his sons a plus 10, they’d deserve it. We chose Joe and Sons Hardwood Flooring to sand and refinish our parquet flooring in living room and dining room, as well as refinishing 3 large bedrooms with closets, and a long hallway. The results were well beyond our expectations. Joe used his knowledge of Hardwood floors and finishes to give a spectacular result. He knew we had just had the entire interior painted. He blended the floors with the finished walls, trim and ceilings. He chose the best finish to compliment all that had been done. Absolute attention to detail. No mess left to cleanup. No painting touch-up needed. That’s amazing. He and his sons completed a Huge job in a few DAYS, totally remarkable. Cost was reasonable and worth every cent! Joe is professional and personable. Couldn’t meet a more accommodating and helpful person. What a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him. Thank you, Joe and your boys.

Great family business who did a great job restoring my floors that were covered by carpet for years and in pretty rough shape. They worked at a good pace to get us back in our bedrooms but also did a very thorough job making these floors look like new again. Some before and after pics below.
