I hired Mr Sandless after seeing them on Instagram. They did a phenomenal job restoring the floors in my new barbershop located in a historic building in downtown SLC. It was important to me to properly preserve the character of the 125 year old wood floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Before and after photo included

We have an older home and our hardwood floors were showing wear from us and our 2 dogs. I decided to go with Mr. Sandless because I didn’t want to deal with the mess of sanding. I also didn’t want to do it myself. Mr. Sandless (SLC) came back with a reasonable quote and had an open spot for me the following week. Viktor was on time, friendly and did an awesome job on our floors. He also finished up earlier than what I was expecting. We were able to move our furniture back into our house that night. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Mr Sandless was very prompt and the wood floor looked great after being completed. Mr Sandless applied two coats of sealer to the floor which they guarantee for 5 years. It was very easy to set up a time to do the work and I slept in the room the night after it was finished. No sanding dust all of the walls or house from a regular floor sander and no toxic smells from a regular oil based sealer. I would recommend Mr Sandless to my friends.

We had our kitchen floor refinished by Mr. Sandless and we absolutely LOVE it. We are selling our home and we have had many compliments on the floor and how beautiful it looks. They are quick to schedule and show up on time. They are very pleasant to work with. This company takes customer service very seriously and I would recommend them to anyone. The process is not messy and they leave the home very clean when finished. We will always use Mr. Sandless for our wood floors in our future home. Thank You Mr. Sandless, we love our floor!!
