We had the Restoration Shine team take on a rather large wood floor installation, including stairs, most of the bottom floor, and upstairs as well. Zach, Jeff and the team were outstanding! I cannot recommend them high enough. Transitions, trim, closets, reworking the stairs, and every aspect of the job was fantastic. The floors make the house look brand new. Hand scraping and stain were perfect. If you need any installations, refinishing, or restorations, this is the first and last call you should make!

We absolutely love our new hand-scraped wood floors! They are gorgeous! These gentlemen are true artisans! They not only put in the new flooring, but they were also able to dovetail it into our older existing wood floors. After refinishing, we cannot tell where one ends and the other begins. I have several properties and have been working with contractors for over 10 years. This was the pinnacle of all experiences. I found both Jeff and Zach to be not only consultative, but caring. They were able to resurface my floors with an amazing result. They took the time to test the floors, assess which color options made sense, and even repair spots that I didn’t even notice. I felt as though I knew these gentlemen for 20 years. They operate with integrity, skill, and confidence. I have wholeheartedly recommend them for any hardwood floor work. Resurface, replace with new, or the buffing service for maintenance.

Restoration Shine refinished my wood floors about 7 years ago and they still look amazing. Jeff helped me choose the perfect color and hand scraped the floor to make it look richer, gave it more depth and color. Fast forward 7 years and I called because we got a new counter depth fridge that showed areas of the floor that had been covered by the old fridge. I called and Jeff’s son, Zach helped me by coming over to check it out and make recommendations. Jeff and Zach came and took care of it and it looks great! I highly recommend this company. Not only do they do excellent work but their customer service is the best I’ve seen. I’m a customer for life.
