Stop looking for a hardwood flooring company because you’ve found the best. Reliable Hardwood Floors will surely be the best experience you have in your home remodel. Joe, our project manager, met us at our home for an accurate estimate on the project. We’d had other “experts” out that told us we had real red oak hardwood floors. Joe determined that the floors were not real hardwood but engineered hardwood and weren’t red oak but white oak! Additionally, his quote was far more reasonable than other companies we’d gotten quotes from. He was flexible and understanding of our timeline and the other workers/companies doing work in our home. He gave accurate timelines for completion and his team worked outside of typical business hours to ensure the timeline was met. The team arrived on time each day and put in a very full day of work in the heat of the summer. (AC is turned off to ensure that sawdust is as contained as possible.) I sent Joe a couple of photos of the look I was hoping to achieve and the team gave me two options from which to choose from. Both matched my expectations. About an hour after making my decision I changed my mind. I don’t know how much this was an issue for the team but they certainly acted like it was no problem at all. Their perspective was that they wanted us to be happy. At the end of each day the team worked at our house, Joe called with an update of their progress and the expected next steps. No invoice was sent until we confirmed that we were happy with the work that had been done. I cannot speak highly enough of Reliable Hardwood Floors. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that has a hardwood flooring project and I wouldn’t even bother getting quotes from other companies if I have another hardwood flooring project in the future. Joe and his team have ensured that we will be customers for life. Pics show the work in progress, the finished floors and the samples provided for me to choose from.

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on installing wood flooring on the entire downstairs. My grandchildren got permanent color markers on the livingroom and kitchen areas. I tried removing the marks and much to my horror took of the varnish which left unsightly spots ( a YouTube misadventure ). I called Joe in a panic as I knew we would not get our security deposit back if the owners saw this. I told Joe I would pay him for his crews’ time. Joe kindly sent out his crew to repair all the areas AND also found a few more permanent markers in other areas of flooring and repaired those as well. I called Joe to thank him and to my surprise HE WOULD NOT TAKE ANY MONEY!!!!!! He said, “ no worries”. Well you can imagine my complete amazement… WHO DOES THIS! I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent service, reliability, honesty, customer kindness and they go the EXTRA MILE. Thank you Joe!!!!! Gail B
