I recently hired Palmetto Sanding to refinish the hardwood floors in my home while I was away on a trip and I couldn’t be happier with the final results. From start to finish, the team at Palmetto was professional, efficient, and extremely skilled at their craft. The communication throughout the project was excellent, with the team keeping me updated on their progress and any decisions that needed to be made. The quality of the sanding and refinishing work was top-notch. My floors look brand new, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. My only constructive criticism would be better dust ventilation or containment and job site cleanup.

Called to have a quote for repairs. Person scheduled was late showing up with no call. Said we would have a quote that evening and also scheduled a follow up visit for the following Friday. Never received the quote on the evening of the first visit like we were told and they were a no show no call for the follow up visit.

Palmetto Floor Sanding did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors and my hardwood stairs. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive throughout the whole process. Chris refinished our entire downstairs and staircase with a water pop finish and dark stain that he recommended. The floor had several dog and furniture scratches prior. We could not be more pleased with the results. Chris took the time to explain every step and process. I don’t think the floors could have turned out any better. We are very pleased! Thank you Palmetto floor Sanding.
