[update: before and after pictures of living room and kitchen floors uploaded so you can see how horrible floors were before. Two years later they still look great. Kitchen had to be commercial flooring due to electric wheelchair] Harrison Floors was not only reasonably priced compared to our other quotes, they also stood out for listening to our needs and making suggestions that others hadn’t– suggestions that helped us avoid an inferior flooring product (for the rooms they did in vinyl flooring) and also better-conceal flaws in our flooring that they refinished. They met needs we didn’t know we had. Phone calls sometimes took a few days to be returned, but I find that totally understandable with the work they do. The workcrew was on task every time I stopped by, and as a family business, there were no questionable sub-contractors involved. We are thrilled with the work they did, and recommend them highly.

We have used Harrison Hardwood Floors twice now, and could not recommend them more! They are extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, timely, and treated our home with immense care. The work is absolutely beautiful, and we especially appreciated Matt’s suggestions on some changes we made to our floor. We are so happy with the final result, and will continue to use them for our hardwood floor needs!

Harrison Floors was a lifesaver for our LVP that we installed on our own. There were several areas that we made mistakes on and we had no idea how to fix them. Harrison Floors showed up and made our floors beautiful and they look so professional because of their expertise in thresholds, designs, color matching, etc. Thank you so much Harrison Floors!! Next time we have a floor project, you will be the installers we call!! Thanks for saving us from the huge mistakes we made.

Brenton stopped by on time and he told me/us the truth about the flooring situation. He did not think we needed to change them given that we are moving. He could have easily quoted us a 5k-12k job just to make money but he did not (that’s what it would cost to put in new floors). I asked him to tell me what he would do if we were him. And he did – he said he has seen it a thousand times; it is very possible new owners might tear up the floors we just installed because they do not like what we chose. This is ultimate service! I would give them 10 stars if 10 stars were an option. If we were staying here I would absolutely have them do our floors. It is so wonderful to encounter warm, honest, skilled, and professional companies. Support them!

Harrison Floors did a wonderful job at my new home! My flooring turned out beautifully after they came to restore/refinish it. A large crew came out and each of them were pleasant and knowledgeable. Wow! The outcome was so much better than we could have imagined. Very professional in every way. Such a pleasure to do business with a company that is competent and confident. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an older home who needs to have their hardwood floors redone.

I could not be happier with this company. The Harrison brothers know what they are doing and they are very efficient. My new floor is gorgeous and it blends perfectly with the old floor that they refinished! The quality of the product is excellent and the price is very reasonable. I trust them, which is not something that comes easily for me. They patiently answered all of my many questions and they even did a few customizations for me that were above and beyond their responsibility. I recommend them highly! Not only did they do a great job, but they did it on time, which is unusual for companies these days. I love my new floors!
