I texted Hugo on a Sunday evening to see about getting a quote to finish my hardwood floors. He was at my house the following day at noon and by the end of the day, I had a quote and he said he could start the following Monday. His team was fast, clean and experienced. They had my floors sanded and stained in about 6 hours (1200sq/ft). Hugo used oil-based polyurethane at my request, even though it takes longer to do properly. The finish came out perfect and they completed the job in the exact time he estimated. The price for the quality of work is unbeatable and I cannot thank Ohio Hardwood Floors enough. If I’m ever asked for a recommendation to refinish hardwood floors, Hugo and his team will be the only people I recommend.

Hugo and his team did an amazing job. They were always on time and worked tirelessly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ohio Hardwood floors. We had the team out recently to fix a few areas of our hardwood floors and I can’t say enough positive things. The response times and communication were top notch. They were also realistic and didn’t try to sell us on finishing our hardwood floors since they overall are in good shape, just needed to fix a few of the boards which we greatly appreciated. If you are looking for quality service, look no further. I would give them 10/10!
