We recently had our old hardwood floors refinished by Cleveland Hardwood Restoration, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consult to the very end, their service was exceptional! The team at Cleveland Hardwood Restoration was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process thoroughly and addressed all our questions and concerns with patience – even when I’m sure some of our questions were extremely elementary. Their expertise was evident in every aspect of the job. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Our floors upstairs look brand new—they managed to breathe new life into old beat up wood that had been buried under carpet for decades. The attention to detail was impeccable, and they were meticulous in their work. Beyond their exceptional work, their customer service was top-notch. They were responsive throughout the entire process, keeping us informed of their progress and addressing any concerns we had. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors in the Cleveland area. They deliver on their promises with incredible skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We are so glad we chose them and will definitely use them again in the future when we refinish our first floor. They are passionate about what they do and it shows in their work.

Had my floors redone by CHR over a year ago. Looked amazing when finished and still looks great! I admit I was skeptical when it was suggested to keep the floor natural after the old finish was stripped down, but it was definitely the best choice. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Huge thanks to Jessie and her crew!

It’s been over six years since Jessie and her crew installed hickory floor throughout my home. They still look amazing, of course. The team did an amazing job at installing new hardwood in our sunroom! It’s beautiful and completely changed the feel of the room, making it one of my favorite rooms in the house! They were exponentially cheaper than tiling options and marginally more expensive than laminate flooring- we have absolutely no regrets! They care so much about their work and it shows- there was attention to detail and clear communication the entire time. Highly recommend their services! (Also- felt so much better as a woman to get quoted by another woman, especially after some of my experiences with other contractors. There’s an immediate genuineness and transparency that helped me feel like I can trust the entire team from the start!)

Our home was built in 1903. We’ve lived here for 20 years with our six kids and pets (currently two golden retrievers and two cats). Our floors have been lived on! After 20 years we finally gave them some love. We went with CHR and couldn’t be happier. They look incredible and we are kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner. This company was professional, clean, and wonderful for every step of the process. I would highly recommend!
