Tim and his crew were amazing!!!!!!! They had to repair and replace several areas where the old White Oak was damaged, had to refinish 3 rooms that had prefinished added and never really matched and added an entire new room. It looks so great and totally has changed the look of the entire house. It is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t say more about how wonderfully everything turned out! Thanks so much Oceanside!

Tim and his crew were really fantastic. They installed some new hardwoods to match the existing and then sanded and refinished everything. The 40 year old floors look brand new now. The whole house feels brighter and refreshed. Beyond the quality of work, Tim was awesome to deal with throughout the whole process. Communicative, respectful, and thorough. Would definitely recommend for any hardwood project.

Nothing but great things to say about Tim and his team. My wife interviewed multiple vendors but we chose Oceanside due to Tim’s warm and professional demeanor on top of his years of experience speaking to the project at hand. We had our 20+ year old red oak floors refinished, and not only was the final stain and finish beautiful, the sanding was perfect. We even had a fresh install of raw hardwood done in our kitchen by a separate team weeks prior, and Tim and his crew were able to achieve a flawless transition between the two grades of red oak (see photo). Tim maintained clear communication through the project and worked with us on a rather restrictive calendar to make this happen for our family. We hope to work with them again!

I can’t say enough good things about Oceanside Hardwood flooring. Tim, the owner, came by to quote the job and worked us into his schedule. He and his employees were pleasant and very knowledgeable. I’ve used several companies in the past, but Oceanside was by far the best.

Tim was awesome to work with when we needed our floors refinished. He was quick to respond, detailed in he explanation of our jog/what to expect, and fit us in quickly to a busy schedule. We would use him again for our next job and recommend him to others.

Tim and his crew were excellent! They worked with us on our project which involved sanding, and refinishing our 25 year old red oak floors in two stages. They came in and did half of the house, then gave us time to move furniture out of the other half and worked on the second half. The whole process took ten days and our floors look better now than they did originally. They’re gorgeous!! I highly recommend Tim and already have to one of our neighbors.

Tim and Derrick did an outstanding job sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors. They worked hard to make these floors that were installed in the house in the early 1950’s, look like brand new! They did everything that they promised and I give them 5 stars! I’d like to personally thank them and say, “Job well done!”
