John’s team is exceptional!! I was expecting them to take 2-3 days to install my floating luxury vinyl floors. Instead it took approximately 6 hours, and that would include cleanup. The team came to work and that is exactly what they did! They did a phenomenal job and I love the floors. I would definitely recommend them.

NYC Floor Pro did a fantastic job on our floors. John was responsive and quick. Any time I contacted him and there were many times he always responded right away and provided the information I was seeking. His crew were professional and pleasant. Not only did NYC Floor Pro do a great job their price was the best. Very glad we used NYC Floor Pro. Definitely give them a call if you need your floors refinished in NYC.

John and his team did a fantastic job with installing new floors in my condo. Prior to working with NYC Floor Pro, I had interacted with other flooring companies and it was frustrating to say the least. John was a pleasure to work with and was responsive to my requirements and questions. The contracting process took a week and Roberto and team were here the week after. The floors look great. John made a wonderful recommendation for the sanding and painting of my baseboards. Very happy customer!!

I highly recommend John and his team for your hardwood floor needs. My pre-war studio came with old, dark, extremely uneven, and damaged floors that needed to be completely ripped out and replaced. John’s team was able to strip out the old floors, level the sub-floor, install the underlay, install new solid hardwood, and install the baseboards in just 3 days! The Mirage hardwood that John uses as a supplier is a high quality wood, and I’m very happy with the final look of the floors. My apartment is so much brighter now that I have to dim my lights! In terms of process, from the first point of contact when he came to do the initial quote to the final payment, John was very professional, informative, and responsive throughout the whole project. My building made us go through an unusually lengthy and challenging approval process, and John did everything in his power to ensure we got approval in a timely manner. Other contractors probably would have quit on me halfway through! I’m very grateful he stuck it out.

Working with this team was easy and stress free. I wish all renovations were this easy! They helped me choose the right flooring for my apartment and installed in the time frame originally quoted. We had some set backs with contractor and they were easily adjustable to that as well. Highly recommend. Very easy and quality work.
