My husband and I were very pleased with the work Josh and his crew did refinishing our floors . At the final walk through, Josh was not happy with the finished product (we were happy with the finished product). He refinished our floors again and made it right. We would 100% recommend Josh and his crew to refinish your floors. They are actually doing my parents floors next month!

We hired Floors Restored to re-finish our nail-down hardwood floors in our kitchen, which, after years of using improper cleaning products, as well as dogs’ nails, had developed extensive scratches and grimey build-up. The owner of the company, Joshua Lewis, arrived on-time for our scheduled appointment for an estimate. He was exceedingly professional and efficient, and provided us with an estimate and written agreement for the services on that same day. I should also add that the cost of the service was very reasonable and consistent with my understanding of the industry-standard, and Floors Restored took care to not exceed the amount of the estimate that they gave to us. The re-finishing of the floors took roughly 3-4 half days. Joshua and his employees arrived at our home timely every morning, and worked very hard and without breaks the entire time that they were there. Floors Restored’s hard work is evident in the finished product, which we are absolutely thrilled with. The floors look gorgeous; like they are essentially brand new. I have included an “after” photograph with this review to demonstrate the masterful work performed by Floors Restored. Floors Restored’s re-finishing of our hardwood floors is literally the best service that we have ever been rendered by any contractor in the 10+ years that we have owned this home, and I highly recommend Joshua Lewis/Floors Restored to anyone and everyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors.

We had an amazing experience having our floors restored by Josh and his team. Couldn’t be more happy with the natural look we chose! They were able to sand out all the stains, even the questionable ones. These guys were very punctual and professional during all four days of our project. Being a Tradesman myself I’ve seen a lot of restored floors before but these guys do top-notch work. Highly recommend!

Josh did a terrific job refinishing my floors. They were in rough shape with many stains. He was able to restore them back to their natural state and they’re beautiful. During the process, Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He communicated daily with updates. I’m very impressed with how he manages his business. I highly recommend Josh/Floors Restored for any hardwood floor service.

Extremely happy with the results. Josh was great at communicating, was very professional, and on time. He explained the whole process and was within the time frame and quote that he had given me. He showed up on time and would call me with any concerns he had during the process to get my approval. He also took the time out of his day and responded to a text message I had sent him after the project was done. Gardner White had delivery guys come and deliver furniture for me, but scratched the new floor badly in the process of bringing them into the house. Josh responded within ten minutes given me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the scratch while I submitted a claim with Gardner White. He came back two weeks later and fixed their error. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to redo my wood floors. They look amazing and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone.
