Excellent experience! On time, very little dust & I was able to stay in my home during the process. Rick was very knowledgeable & helpful with choosing the right stain color for my home, that was very important to me! The pricing was upfront and very fair… I highly recommend them!

We had an area in the kitchen where the Hardwood needed to be replaced and some other area’s needed repairs. We decide to change the color so we hired this company to do the work. After the work was started the contractor asked what we are doing for the base boards and that if we need them to match the floor there would be an additional cost. I had taken estimates from other companies and they all had included the cost of replacing the base boards and so I thought this contractor’s would be including this. I agreed to the additional cost and he came out to install them. Once the work was completed I told him that the area where he installed the new hardwood is squeaking and also some areas need repaired. He said he would come back with Putty to take care of this and scheduled many dates with no call no show. Now he does not even answer my calls or text. Also on couple areas he used the previous base boards and polished over them but charged me to install brand new ones. I had asked him if we can use the previous ones and polish over them and he said that it will not match but for whatever reason he did exactly that in 3 areas. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR FLOORS!!!! You will regret it.
