I contacted Eric shortly before moving into a new home that was recently polished with oil-based poly. It smelled awful and I couldn’t tolerate it. I called Eric and he scheduled with us quickly, did a great sanding job, and also replaced some terribly stained boards with some beautifully integrated new boards. He was personable and communicative. We will be working with him again.

Contacted Eric @ Dustless Floor Sanders over email, was given a good run-down of the work and was provided a well-fleshed quote shortly thereafter. Work was reasonably priced, and I was sold by the quality of his previous work. He and his colleague went to work a few weeks after the initial estimate, sanded + refinished the floors promptly and professionally. Additionally, he expertly repaired some issues from previous wear & tear. Attached pictures show before and after (lighter color is newly refinished) Throughout the process, it was easy to talk with him over text and get updates or ask questions. Will pick him again should I need additional hardwood work.

Eric did an excellent job on our family room floor, it was in rough shape and it looks like a new floor. The dustless sanding system is great, very clean. We will use him again and would definitely recommend him for your floors!

Eric and his crew have installed new wood floors and refinished others in our homes. We have also used them for projects at work in Museums etc. His attention to detail and quality of work is top notch. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with this work! Highly recommend!

I’ve personally have the pleasure of having these guys do an extensive repair, stain and refinish of the better part of 1100sq/ft of floors. They are the real deal and there is nobody I’d trust more than them.. Their “dustless” system is amazing and the quality of work is even better!! Shop around all you want, but the quality of Work speaks for itself!!!

Bought an old ranch, with hardwood floors throughout, and converted it to a colonial. New hardwood throughout my new 2nd floor, and, a lot of old walls moved on existing 1st floor. Nylin floors pieced, and patched the existing floors, matched the old & new wood perfectly, and both floors look perfect!! Dustless sanding, Great Price, On time, courteous, & Professional service What more could you ask for!! 5 Stars
