Precision Home Renovations, LLC 9 months agoAfter more than 40 years of painful experience with home improvement companies and individual contractors we finally were lucky to get outstanding services from Konstantin (PHR) Konstantin is a multi talented person, who resolve many problems in our house, including a few plumbing connections that many specialists did not even know how to approach. We feel like we moved into a new house after our big and small problems were fixed. Highly professional, intelligent, and punctual person. No construction stress, when he works – just satisfaction with every step of improvement. We highly recommend his experience and services.

PGB Construction a year agoPlease be aware this contractor doesn’t pay his Subcontractors, he moves from Subcontractor to subcontractor making a living out of it. save your self headaches and hire honest contractors.

Pessote Construction Inc 4 months agoI cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Pessote Construction. We contracted them to rebuild our home after a house fire and could not be happier with the overall process and outcome. Roselmo was clear, patient, and transparent throughout the project evaluation. He provided a quote which included all the costs he was certain of, and the variable costs. His projections perfectly matched the final bill. Once we signed the contract, Jonatas managed the overall project execution. Like Roselmo he was kind, patient, and honest. His teams worked 6 days per week from 7:30am-6:30pm, and there was very rarely ever a day without workers on site. Most helpfully, he provided us advance notice of upcoming decisions we would need to make with enough time for us to give them proper consideration (paint colors, fixtures, closet locations, etc.). Once we moved back into our home, they executed the punch list of final items within days of us notifying them. It is without reservation that I recommend Pessote Construction, and have asked that Roselmo pass along my contact information to anyone looking for a reference call.

North Home Builders 4 years agoFabiano redesigned and built a master bathroom for us, which involved some reconfiguring of the space. Fabiano is a true professional, and a stickler for detail, from start to finish. He was always responsive to our questions and ideas. His crew was great, too! We would definitely recommend North Home Builders for future projects and for people looking for a great building team!
