We had Brazilian cherry floors done 10 months ago and are still extremely pleased with the results. Floors had not been treated in 10+ years, and we were told sanding was the only option. So glad we found this service instead! Results were great, explanations clear, service professional & timely, and price reasonable. Definitely recommend this Mr. Sandless franchise.

From the informal Facebook messages to the final product, I’ve been so happy and confident in their service. My floors were terrible, bare, no protection, lots of damage, no sheen, years of abuse, and a lot of variation from heavy traffic areas. At one time, we even refinished our floors with full sanding, staining, etc. however, the urethane wasn’t correct for whatever reason. Bottom line, this service without the hassle of sanding, was extraordinary! I wish I had done this sooner.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Having being told that we have to replace the scratched/ scuff 1 year old luxury laminate floor, I searched the net hoping to find a solution. I came across Mr Sandless. I was skeptical at first but now I am so happy I found you guys! The floor looks beautiful and fully repaired. Brady did an amazing job! Brady was a professional throughout the whole process. He made it easy by providing immediate email responses, answering questions and scheduling. He reviewed the process and set my expectations to be realistic based on how old and abused our floors were…and then the floors turned out even better than I could have expected! The before and after were significant differences and I highly recommend Brady from Mr Sandless!!!
