If there is a problem with your flooring they DONT CALL YOU BACK!!! They want there $$ right away so you pay in full but then don’t finish the job!!!

Don’t waste your time on this company. I had setup an appointment for today March 7th @ 9:30 am. I received a reminder text from them March 6th @ 7:30 am telling me about the details of my free estimate appointment. I also received a text on the day of my appointment @ 8:30 am saying this is a reminder of my appointment at 9:30 am. Waited 2 hours, and they never showed up! I was told they would call when the people are on their way, I NEVER received a call. So I decided to leave this Google review to let people know there is A LOT more companies ( better companies) who will actually come through to give you a free estimate and do GOOD work.

Had a good experience in the store, but once we purchased it went downhill. Installers were slow and reused tack strips that should’ve been replaced. We moved and new owners report barely 3 year old carpet is peeling up on. Would not recommend.

This contractor owes our distribution company almost $3000 for Epoxy, Flake, & Polyaspartic. He purchased this material from us on April 28th in the amount of $2806.52. He made payment, and we shipped the product. The payment made has since returned by his bank. We notified him on May 6th. He made a plan to pay the following Monday which was May 8th. It is now 17th and we have not received payment and no communication on what his plan is to pay this debt. Can you please respond with your intention. I will take this review down when the debt is paid. 8/15/23 Still have not received payment for the material purchased from us to apply a coating. This company has been told we will remove the review once we are paid in full.

Paid $1,200 for a professional finish and got amateur quality, period. Will update with pictures. Immensely dissatisfied and Jason,the owner refuses to get back in contact or make it right. Job wasn’t fully completed. Their materials damaged transitions and got on the walls, requiring us to paint over their mistakes and replace things that shouldnt have needed it. The job was originally slated for the week after Father’s Day and was only ‘completed’ in late July. Unprofessional and poor work quality. The owner doesn’t seem to care to check the work of his laborers as long as your check clears!

Wonderful experience! My hardwoods needed refinished for a long time and RIC Flooring did a beautiful job. Scott did a great job sanding them down and applying the new finish. I’m a very happy customer!!

If you want something unique, these guys got you covered! Originally I had these guys quote a hardwood floor, then I found this awesome video on burned plywood and asked if they could do it. The demo, install, burning, ploy coating and new trim were all done within a week! Josh did a great job communicating leading up to and during the work. His attention to detail was on point! He even checked in after. (And he’ll play with your pup… LOL) Jason was in the heat (literally) and on it for the touch ups! Brett was fantastic every time I called the store!

Very unprofessional company all around. Met with Jason in December to plan our bathroom remodel. Upon discussing popular bathroom appliance colors, Jason recommended rose gold which we decided to go with. Was told that demolition and construction would start early January. There was a delay in getting all products in, so construction was pushed back to February 1st. Today (June 28), our bathroom is still not finished. Was told that due to us changing from chrome to rose gold and tile flooring we needed to pay $1000 to finish the bathroom. We payed the $1000 with a signed contract that stated the bathroom would be completed within 2 weeks. Check was cashed next day and no work done on our bathroom for weeks. Workers don’t communicate with each other or us. Parts (lights, mirrors, our door handle) are still missing. Upon trying to talk with Jason, we were told to not contact him or go to his showroom ever again. We were just wanting our bathroom that was started 5 months ago to be done. Be careful we this company will take your money and then ghost you and make you out to be “unreasonable.” There is much more to this story. Do NOT recommend working with RIC.
