Ryan and his team did a fantastic job. He is extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. With any issues that came up, he addressed them immediately and made our 100 year old oak floors look perfect.

I am happy to write a glowing review for Aloha based on the exceptional jobs they have done refinishing the wood floors in two of our homes in Hyde Park. From the moment we contacted Aloha, they were professional and courteous. They were upfront about the amount of work they had and their timeframes, which is a good sign for any company. To me this means they are doing incredible work and their professional services are in demand. We were impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that Aloha demonstrated throughout the entire refinishing processes. The end results were nothing short of stunning. Our floors looked like new and had a beautiful finishes that enhances the appearance of our homes. We are grateful to Aloha for their exceptional work and highly recommend them to anyone in need of wood floor refinishing services. They were professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, and we would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.

I wish this would have gone a different way. I talked with Aloha on 3/29 about an estimate for my floor; they told me they are very busy right now, and couldn’t even come for an estimate until 4/21 – and likely would be a couple of months out to do actual work. No problem, I understand being busy. 4/21 came and I heard nothing. I texted to ask for an update on the time, and got an apology+reschedule for 4/26. This morning 4/26, they cancelled the estimate because they’re too busy. I have no issue with someone turning down a job as long as they’re honest and up front about it, and I wouldn’t have left any review at all. However, I do have an issue with a company not doing what they said they would and basically stringing me along just to cancel at the last minute (twice). Edit after reply: I understand that other things took priority but that’s not an excuse – we had an agreement to meet more than once which you broke. The fact is that you made me wait for almost a month, forgot about me, and then cancelled day-of after rescheduling. Your work quality may or may not be good, I don’t know, it’s irrelevant here. I do know that your unprofessionalism in this interaction would make me take a long hard look at whether you are worth hiring or I should move on.

Super fair and very professional. I had a minor issue with the final finish in the corner of one of the closets, mentioned it to Ryan without even expecting him to repair it and he was there the next day to make it right. As long as these guys are around I’ll never go to anyone else for flooring.

I was shopping in Lowes and asking how to repair my wood floors when Ryan offered to help me, as we talked I ask him if he was willing to give me an estimate he did just that and a month or so later I had beautiful new floors threw out. He and his team are amazing, we live out of town so he called me as things progressed and we were more than delighted at the end result. I am sure my floors were not this nice when they were new, as my home is from the 50’s but the floors are fabulous. I am very particular and they exceeded all of my expectations! If you want a high quality job they are the guys for you.
