Called them twice . Both times a man answered told me he would get back to me in 2 hours because he was currently busy so to send him pics of the area . I sent messages 2 times and they never got back to me at all. Very unprofessional.

The work to the floor was top-notch. I have never seen it look so good. To make things even better, I accidentally made some marks on the newly finished floor when moving some furniture back into place. The next day, when Daniel came to finish the parts that had not been completed, he noticed the marks I had made. He insisted that he spot sand and finish those marks at no extra charge.

I contacted Daniel after a burst pipe caused some damage to my hardwood floors. From my first interactions with him, I was a fan. I found him to very professional and friendly. When he came to do the estimate, he was thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done and the quote matched almost exactly with what the insurance company estimated.

I really can’t say enough great things about US Hardwood Flooring and Margelu. It’s definitely apparent that he runs his business with the utmost integrity and focus on customer care. He took the time to learn how we really use the rooms where we were replacing the flooring, made recommendations, and then thoroughly explained benefits of each type of flooring. His quote was very reasonable. When they installed the hardwood floors, the installers were very courteous, treated my home with respect, and did a great job of cleaning up Thank you.
