The Lotus Flooring team did an exceptional job on the hardwood flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. They removed the tile and 3 layers of subfloor down to the studs in order to make the kitchen floor level with the rest of our first floor (the kitchen was over an inch higher than the rest of the floors before, as shown in the pictures). The team then installed beautiful red oak flooring to match the rest of our home and refinished the rest of our first floor hardwood to match. They showed us a number of stain and finish options to ensure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. They were all professional and responsive to any requests I made, and I would definitely recommend them!

Marlon and his team were very courteous and efficient. They not only moved all the furniture out to do the job but restored it all perfectly as if not disturbed. The floors came out beautifully. Highly reliable.

Marllon and team are incredibly professing great to work with. We have wide plank pine wood flooring and they were able to bring out and highlight its full character! Somehow, they were able to make the floor feel warm, almost like a carpet and were also able to make the floor quieter. Significantly less creaking and moving when walking on. Great prices! Top quality, and professional/timely service. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lotus Wood Flooring. I hired them to sand, stain, and refinish my hardwood floors at my hair salon and I am very satisfied with the job they did from start to finish. These guys were fantastic. Everything that they said they would do, they went beyond that. They’re final product was greater than our initial expectations. Marlon refinished and installed wood floors throughout the lower level of our house two years ago. At the time, we were happy with the end result. However, recently some of floor boards began to buckle, and we reached out to Marlon multiple times, calling his cell phone and emailing him. He has failed to respond to any of our messages. The lack of response is disappointing and I am sorry we used him. Buyer beware!
