So disappointing. Zero follow-up and zero follow through. Rose Van Camp came out and took lots of photos and measurements about three months ago. We have followed up multiple times to get a quote and have received ZERO response. ONE time someone actually answered the phone (John, I believe) and he acknowledged having all of our information, but could not give an estimate on when we would get a quote. Multiple messages later and still nothing. Really disappointing that a local company would have such horrific customer service. If they are this bad at following up to give a quote I can’t imagine how you connect wirh them for an actual project!!!

Our 1960s oak floor was scratched and worn. Van Camp and his team came in to restore it to its former beauty. They were courteous, informative and professional. There were no surprises and plenty of oohs and aahs as the wood was brought back to life. We didn’t realize what we were missing until we saw the results; now we pause to marvel at the floor often. Van Camp’s service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Used van camps for two hard wood projects now, these guys are professional and deliver a great final product. Absolutely love our bedroom refinish and repair, hallway replacement and kitchen replacement. Matched original and a recent refinish flawlessly. Will use John again and I would recommend!

The Van Camp’s team did an amazing job restoring the 1906 pine floors throughout my whole house and the maple treads on the staircase. The patched areas are a perfect match to the original wood. I am beyond happy with the finished product.

John Van Camp will charge you half just to get on his schedule then the other half the day his worker shows up. But I don’t even think John looked at the floor after his worker finished. If so he would have realized that the floors were not vacuumed to remove all the saw dust and other debris from the floor sanding which caused my floors to look cloudy. His guy also had the sander get away from him and take some drywall out that I I to pay to get repaired, he also messed up a door threshold. The estimates to fix their mistakes is about the same as these guys cost. Don’t let them in your home.

Looks great. John VanCamp did an amazing job restoring the wood floors in our kitchen and living room. It took him about 4 days to sand and refinish the wood floors and stairs, approx 600sq ft total. Looks far better after the refinishing. This is our family’s 3rd time using John.

They did the entire main floor of our house and it looks fantastic. Finished on time and on budget. John and his staff knowledgeable and friendly Highly recommend them.
