Jeff and his team are punctual, professional and most of all do incredible work. I helped my Sister with a remodel in Soltera. The floors were Walnut and we needed wood flooring in two bedrooms. We also had them stain the flooring and it is stunning! I would highly recommend them for beautiful hard wood floors!!

We hired Jeff to install a hard wood floor in our recently purchased home. From start to finish, working with Jeff was a smooth and enjoyable process. He guided us into the right type of floor for our space. Product was delivered when he said it would be and he started and finished on schedule. There were no surprises with costs, and it went just as he proposed at the beginning. Our floors are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and detail. We were living in the house while Jeff worked, and he was a welcome guest as he was friendly and professional. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Jeff was awesome. He talked me out of spending a bunch of money. For free, he toured my house for an hour and let me know what was needed, how long to wait, and what I could fix myself. He put me at ease and clearly was not at my home to get me to spend money. I’ll be calling Top Notch in 5-7 years when a refinishing is in order. He got my business with his honesty and plain explanations! What a relief.

Our floors were long overdue to be refinished and we wanted to extend the wood into areas of the house that had carpet. We had been looking for a company to do the work, but none of our friends would recommend anyone that had worked on their floors due to a long list of problems they experienced with the companies that did the work. After reading the reviews for Top Notch, I was hopeful that we had found a good fit. Could not be happier with the result! Jeff Maston did a beautiful job refinishing the existing wood and installing the new flooring. We have a unique pegged floor with 3 board widths and he embraced the challenge. Jeff and his helper were always on time each day and were great. The work was completed on-budget and on-time.

My floors look great!! The color was very difficult to match with my carpet and also my kitchen floors and Jeff got it PERFECT! I was very worried about getting a new stain, Jeff got the color right in only a couple samples, My husband and I LOVE IT!! Jeff will make sure you are completely satisfied. My husband found him on Next Door, and we called because he had so many great reviews from so many other people. Thank you JEFF!

My wife and I recently remodeled the entire first floor of our 60’s ranch home in Aurora. Our flooring in every room except the kitchen was 3/4″ oak and we were sure it needed to be replaced. We contracted with Jeff to have new wood floors installed in the kitchen and to have the remainder of the upper level refinished if possible. Jeff inspected everything and told us that the original floors were in great shape and just needed to be sanded and refinished. We were on a tight timeline and Jeff jumped right in and got the kitchen floor installed so that we could install the cabinets on schedule. After the cabinets were installed Jeff came back and did the sanding and staining on the whole project. Jeff and his helper Michael worked through an entire weekend to ensure that he would be completed in time for the remainder of the project to move forward. Jeff is personable, knowledgeable and is without a doubt a consummate professional in the world of wood floors. We will not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone we know, and in fact, we have already done so.
