Amazing work by Marc and his team. I had them refinish two bedroom floors that had been previously carpeted as I was getting ready to sell my house. They also installed baseboards for the two bedrooms. Marc was super professional, gave a fair price and got the work done on time. I highly recommend Mr. Sandless!!!

I was in a pinch after as my landlord and I pulled up the old carpet in my apartment. I called Mr Sandless and Marc was quick to respond, meet and schedule. Edgar and the team did an amazing job! The floors needed to be sanded and refinished. They look great; much better than even anticipated! It was quick and not too messy. Note to anyone that has their floors sanded, don’t forget to wash the walls after. However the smell. I used a fan and aired out the space almost every day, all day. Yet still the smell would linger. It was a tough few weeks, headaches and dizziness and I regret this decision. I ended up moving out 5 weeks later.

See photos. You decide. I had to sand and refinish the whole house to repair their damage. They will respond to this by claiming that my floor was already somehow damaged. Like I said, you decide.

We had our livingroom, diningroom and kitchen floors refinished in July, 2023 by Mr. Sandless. I am very glad I chose this company. The floor refinishers showed up right on time and finished exactly when they said they would. They did an excellent job. There were problem areas in all the rooms and they paid special attention to these and when they finished the floors looked brand new. I have received many compliments from friends and neighbors that came in to see the results. Also it had been 16 years since the floors were refinished, so Mr. Sandless had a big job on their hands.
