Leo and Daniel are just finishing installing new wide-plank engineered hardwood flooring in my Castro condo. They’ve been amazing and I’d recommend them to anyone. I presented three tough challenges: a limited budget, curved not-level sub-flooring, and a complex set of stairs. Today they finished installation, and I’m so happy with their work. Daniel and Leo have been highly communicative, timely, and enjoyable to work with. They’re a father/son team and their experience working together shows. Mine wasn’t an easy or straight-forward project. The guys had to solve whacky problems and wear different hats along the way (they framed my unique stairs and installed new baseboards in addition to the flooring). The results are fantastic! If you’re looking for experienced flooring installers, call the Silvas. They’re collaborative and reliable.

Booked an appointment, then no call and no show. Wouldn’t answer the phone or respond. Very unprofessional. I definitely don’t recommend.
