We hired Prime Hardwood Floors because a friend had hired them for their son’s home, and they raved about both the workmanship and the reliability of the service. Our experience was just the same: the workmanship was excellent, and the promptness of completing the superb work was unparalleled. It is rare today that a service is performed as promised; the men arrived each day at 7:45 AM and completed the job in a total of 2 days. The gentleman also left everything meticulously clean. We highly recommend Prime Hardwood Floors for their excellence.

We had a great experience with Prime Hardwood. We replaced carpet with wood in several areas. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The workers were very competent and the job was finished as promised. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommended Prime Hardwood.

Had to move in asap as my lease was ending but wanted the old uneven floors replaced first. I had a quick deadline that they were able to meet right on time. Kobi went above and beyond to keep me updated with pictures and even went out of his way to pick up the garage opener while I was out golfing so they could get to work faster. Great customer service and the floors look and feel awesome. Highly recommend!

Prime Custom Hardwood Floors exceeded my expectations! Alexis was personable and professional and kept us up to date on paperwork and the schedule. I absolutely love my new wood floors. The two workers that were doing the work were so meticulous about their work. I would definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!
