Top notch work all around. Daniel and Anthony did a stellar job refinishing our hardwood floors, from start to finish. They were here as scheduled and worked long hours to get the job done as quickly as possible, thus minimizing our inconvenience. Was amazed ar how little dust there was. I certainly will recommend Black Forrest to anyone needing their hardwood floors refinished.

I cannot say enough good about our experience refinishing our hardwood floors with Black Forest. From initial scheduling and quoting with Sabrina and Steve all the way to Chase and Anthony giving final instructions, every step was efficient and professional. Inviting someone into your home to work can feel like someone is invading your safe space, but not this time. Chase showed incredible initiative and communication. He was patient and helpful with questions and treated my home with respect as if it was his own. He ran the project so well. I will recommend this company until the end of time!

Black Forest Hardwood floors has been an absolutely great company to work with. Steve was very thorough with his initial walkthrough and estimate, which included multiple options should we decide to make custom stains or do things differently. Tony and the other workers who assisted him were very professional and worked very efficiently while being polite and considerate of my scheduling needs. When they tore up the carpet and found I had an entire section devoid of hardwood, it took them only a few minutes to devise a plan and get me a quote to put hardwood in that section. I would highly recommend Black Forest Hardwood floors.

Black Forest provided excellent beginning to end customer support. We love our newly refinished floors. They did a great job setting our expectations, keeping us informed of the progress, and managing our unique project needs. 10/10 would recommend!
