I recently upgraded my home with new laminate floors, replacing old tiles and engineered wood, and the result is fantastic! The team, led by the highly dedicated Mohsen, displayed exceptional skill and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish. They were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process, transforming every room beautifully. Poor and disappointing after service. We got commercial vinyl interlocking flooring less than 2 years ago. The locking came undone recently. I understand warranty of 1 year but I don’t believe issues should crop up within couple years of installation. Mohsen inspected our house and acknowledged the problem. He said he will look into it after “consulting the manager” but as expected not answering our calls. Very unprofessional. Might as well have gone with an independent contractor. Not sure if others had similar experience but just sharing if it helps anyone trying to make a Dec whether to go with Style floors as their contractor for any projects. I had doubts after putting this review but after recent conversations, I am convinced my review is proper.

We had Style Floors,Mckinney install carpet in our entire home. After a year and a month, the carpet upstairs starting buckling. I called Style Floors, but they informed me that the year warranty was out and they could not do anything for me? Bad customer service. Well, it’s been 5 years since install. I thought I would write this review to warn others about the inaquadate installation process with Style Floors. EVERY room where they installed carpet is buckling. It looks terrible. We have an area of our home where nobody goes to and it is very bad. The carpet cleaners informed me that it looks like the carpet was not installed right or defective carpet.You can literally pick carpet up in the middle and it pulls up. its like they used nothing to take it down. Carpet install may look good in the beginning but long term it does not last. We had 10 year old carpet in our home, that was not buckled and looked a 100% better than what we have now. I am embarrassed to have people go upstairs.

Great process all the way through. Very helpful in picking out flooring when talking about size of room and what would look good in there. Installed on schedule. New floor looks awesome. They have more than just floors, some kitchen and bath stuff as well. Will look them up when ready to do those projects!

We did an update of our kitchen countertops, backsplash and new tile flooring. The sales staff were very helpful in selecting the new colors and types of material. Work started on time without delays during the project and the installation crew was very professional and easy to work with. The owner Tom is wonderful to work with and wants to be sure his customers are happy with the finished job. I am glad we chose a local company that really cares here in McKinney.

They did multiple installations in our house while we were remodeling : Wood flooring, carpets’ replacement and countertops’ replacement in the kitchen and bathrooms. They have done awesome and very professional work with very good and affordable prices. Also, they participatd with some great ideas during the remodeling. Thank you Tom, Mohsen and Mike for all your help.

We were so happy with the work of the Style Floors team. The in store staff were so friendly and helpful picking samples and showing us our options, explaining the pros and cons of each. We decided to go with the luxury vinyl and love it. Our installers Manuel and Bernardo were top notch, always showing up on time and doing excellent work. The overall price for the job was fair and I think reflected the quality and reliability of the team and their craftsmanship. I would call them again for my next project!
