Could not have asked for a smoother process… From speaking with Robert and Derrick the owner, to watching Ruben cut out bad floor and repair it, to sand and refinish with Ketric. I could not recommend a company any more than H&H. They are courteous, punctual and completely professional from start to finish! They literally think of everything, and everyone in my house was willing and able to answer any of my questions and put me at ease at any point in the process! 10 stars of I could!

Our floors had pet damage in part of the house. The H&H team was able to replace the damaged boards and make the refinished floors match the rest of the house perfectly. We are very pleased with the results and would enthusiastically recommend H&H Hardwood Floors.

After I purchased a new home, I wanted to replace the carpet in every room with hardwood floors. I visited several companies for several days, but I could not find a product similar to the hardwood flooring installed in the living room. However, when I met “H&H Hardwood Floors”, my wish became a reality. They had products of various types and colors, and when I compared them with the sample I brought with me, I was finally able to find two materials. Afterwards, when Robert visited to measure the space, he brought two samples and compared them directly, allowing me to select the optimal product. Thank you so much Robert Marquez. The staff who do the installation work are truly professional. Each person handled their tasks quickly and everything was done neatly. They also did work to protect the living room floor, and even cleaned it after the work was completed. In just 2 days my family had the hardwood floors we wanted. If I have to install a new hardwood floor in the future, I will not hesitate to go with “H&H Hardwood Floors”, and I will actively recommend “H&H Hardwood Floors” to anyone around me who wants to install a new hardwood floor. We had them install hard wood floors upstairs, and the process from ordering samples to scheduling and installing was impeccable. They had a few leveling surprises when installing, and needed an extra day, but worked late on a Saturday to complete the job so we wouldn’t have to reschedule the carpet installers (another company) who were coming in on Monday morning. Great communication, great crew, and great final product.

Ketric did an amazing job. You could hear his enthusiasm in his voice as he described how much he cared about the details required to restore old original hardwood floors. He was very attentive to every detail and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted our floors. He even completed the floors a day early! You can tell Ketric is passionate about what he does, and how important quality is to him. We would recommend Ketric’s work to anyone hoping to restore original hardwood floors.
