I hate to leave bad reviews but we had a appointment at 11am never answered my call then called me saying they will be there at 2pm and never showed up !! Lost the hole day waiting

Roman the owner came with an assistant and removed the section of the previous floor that was damaged (about 1/2) and replaced it with new wood flooring. They then sanded and stained the entire floor. You cannot tell which part is new or old. It looks great. He came when he said he would, or called to change when he was delayed. He is a true professional.

Incredible work! Made my worn out wood floors from the 1940s look completely brand new! These guys refinished the floors and installed baseboards in less than a week. Reasonable, very professional, and always showed up on-time. Roman is a master of his craft! Strongly recommend Imagen Wood Floors.

Roman did an excellent job on our home! He repaired extensive termite damage and wear on our 1950 original wood floors. He also matched the wood floors in the kitchen so well that you cannot tell what was old and what was new. He was extremely responsive, honest, and detail oriented. Roman is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at his craft – I would recommend him to anyone !
