We just had Frontier Hardwood Flooring install Quick-Step Nature Tek Dutch Oak flooring in our kitchen & family room. We worked with Bruce from the very beginning of the process to completion. He explained the process thoroughly & the invoice detailed every service & product which was delivered and/or installed. Bruce was available to us for any questions and/or concerns we had during the entire process & responded quickly in person with answers and/or resolutions. The installers were experienced, professional, and polite. Joseph was professional, meticulous and attentive to details. We were impressed with the thoroughness of the entire project.

We replaced our Stair case carpet with hard wood with the help of Frontier Hardwood Flooring. Their work was clean and they were very supportive throughout the process. Initially we were invited us to the shop and helped us understand the different types of woods including how another layering could help reduce noise in the basement. They also gave us samples to take home and also ample time to finalize. We had to slow down the replacement by few weeks but they waited patiently and followed up on the agreed upon date. It’s very satisfying to see the work now. The team that did the work at our home were also great and were fully focussed on completion. Thank you Frontier Hardwood Flooring, one that we will always recommend to others.

Excellent company you should hire without hesitation. Few companies these days pride themselves on customer service. This company was easy to work with from day 1. In meeting with the owner for the initial consult I felt no other company would do. To then meeting with the office staff to choose flooring, everything was easy. The company showed up on time, when they said they would be there and completed the work to standards they would choose in their own home. I felt heard and any concerns were instantly addressed. That is certainly a rare occurrence these days with most companies. The day of installation though the owners house was flooded the night before, he still showed up at my house to ensure things were going well for my job and I had everything I needed. All the workers were very considerate. Asked questions, heard my responses and followed through. They cleaned the area, including outside pavers as though it was their own home and project. They could not have been nicer or more respectful.

Whole staff was very helpful and assisted us in making both a material choice and color selection. We took several sample boards to look at in the rooms where install to occur. Installation was perfect – two very courteous and professional craftsman. Would not hesitate to hire them again!
