Terrible customer service. The answers always no at PocelaNOsa. No samples, no delivery, no more in your color and no educated advice. Do not shop here. Sadly i spent around $9k with the company after my gut feeling told me to run moments after entering their Tysons Corner store. If you must buy from them don’t work with Candace. She’s a buffoon.

They have a pretty nice Tiles but they are delivery system and pick up is bad. They will not replace any tiles during the shipments. If you pick up from Rockville warehouse told me their policy is as soon as the material leaves warehouse They are not responsible. They ask you to put it in pallet, and I refused and loaded one by one and found broken tiles inside package which they did replace but you have to go pick up a game and waiting for the time Now conclusion is, I have to inspect every single tile before I pick it up, so I decide to stay away from the Porcelanosa and warning people if you want to buy the tile from them you have to be ready to open up every single tile boxes at their warehouse

There were no customers present, but plenty of employees. Everyone was on their computers, glanced up and saw that I was there but chose not to acknowledge me. I walked around for 10 minutes thinking someone would approach but it never happened. I work in customer service so I always give the benefit of the doubt but this experience was very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. Period.

While the showroom is very beautiful and full of beautiful designs the major draw back that they have no warehouse. You pay a lot of money for your selected style and if you lucky and it’s in stock you have to pick it up in MD warehouse or pay extra for shipment to you. Special order wait is 6-8 weeks. None of the vanities were in stock that I wanted to purchase. If you are planning the project six months in advance then it’s worth checking out, but if you are like me walk in purchase pick up and start on the project then you’ll be out of luck.

Since I found Porcelanosa, I don’t shop Anywhere else, and if you go to tyson you have to see Janet she is the most kind nice and helpful person in the store, she will work hard to find exactly what you are looking for.
