Great service and quality products here! Deb was awesome to work with and helped bring our kitchen backsplash vision to life. She worked with our idea and helped us pick the perfect stone, accents, and colors. She then recommended a great tile installer who did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. She followed our project from beginning to end – was always really helpful and quick to respond. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend this shop and will be returning for more projects.

We wanted to take a moment to recognize Distinctive Tile for their excellent service, selection, quality and prices. We decided to remodel our Master Bathroom using as much reclaimed marble as possible, and complementing that with new marble for flooring and accents. Debbie was our designer, and she worked with us over several months as we determined how much original stone was reusable, and she adjusted the design as quantities changed. Debbie worked with us to select a beautiful Dolomite tile for the floors, niches, and countertop accents. We are delighted with the results! We compared the price from Distinctive Tile to other vendors and were pleasantly surprised at how competitive they were, and they followed through with excellent communication and delivery. We give Distinctive Tile our hearty recommendation.

After weeks of shopping for tile, I reached out to Distinctive Tile and met Deb. She has been nothing short of wonderful! In just 2 quick visits, she found exactly the right tile. She knew which grout would compliment the tile best, where to get matching caulk, and outlet covers. I’ve done several tile jobs using the big box stores in the past, but Deb will be my go to from now on.

They offer a beautiful selection of tile and stone which you can borrow to see how it may look in your home. The one on one customer service is very comforting when making these decisions. I went to Distinctive Tile because of their great online reviews. I intended to replace my 3 year old floor tile in 2 bathrooms because the grout was discolored and looked dirty no matter what I used to clean it. I spoke to Deb at Distinctive and she offered another solution that would save me thousands of dollars. She suggested I try “Grout Refresh” , a process that would stain my dirty grout with another color. She came to my home and helped me chose a color and then ordered everything needed to complete the job. She also advised me that I could probably apply it myself. I decided to hire Deb’s grandson instead. Isaac was wonderful! He was meticulous and did a fabulous job! It took about 7-8 hours for him to complete and I was thrilled with the outcome. My floors look like new. Thank you Deb and Isaac!

Deb & Jack are absolutely THE BEST partners to work with when doing ANYTHING in tile or stone. The very first time we met I went in with an idea of what I was looking for and thanks to Deb’s design expertise my master bathroom is everything I’d hoped for! Naturally, when we did our next bathroom, we didn’t hesitate to go to Distinctive Tile & Stone again. This time, I had a VAGUE idea of what I was looking to do but was absolutely open to suggestions/ideas. I showed Deb the current space, and my inspiration space and she came up with a coordinated tile / countertop design (all neutrals!) that I could not be happier with. Now that she knows our personalities so well, when we needed to choose tile for our fireplace surround, Deb showed us an absolutely stunning tile that matches our style perfectly and is going to be the crown jewel in that space. I literally cannot say enough good things about the care and expertise you get from Deb & Jack. They are also super helpful in coordinating extras, like hooking you up with folks to do the shower doors, counter tops, etc. If you are starting fresh, or renovating old do yourself a favor and GO TO DISTINCTIVE TILE & STONE, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Our first floor is open concept- hardwood in the living, dining and family rooms. The kitchen, powder and laundry rooms were linoleum and the foyer Italian tile. While having a new front door installed, several of the tiles in the foyer broke. We decided to replace the foyer and existing linoleum with the same tile for a more uniform look. We got several estimates and finally decided on Distinctive Tile & Stone. Deb and Jack were amazing. Deb’s ability to listen to you ramble on and on about your thoughts for the floor, then take them all in and come up with a suggestion that fits everything you thought is uncanny! Her suggestions on the grout color made the design pop even more! We have 2 bathrooms on the list of things to upgrade and we will definitely be visiting them again!
