Just want to say the service was super. Anthony was spot on what we were looking for. Total professionalism!! The job and tiles came out so beautiful!! He even recommended a super tile guy Victorio that did a spectacular install. I Highly recommend this place for many many different styles of tile and bathroom needs and service. We couldn’t have been happier with the choice and the job. Thank you to the staff of Anthony, Edwin, Victorio and the warehouse people of Richmond Tile for a super experience.

I purchased my whirlpool bath and fixtures from Richmond Tile under five years ago. The bathroom fixtures came with a lifetime warranty, but sometimes just getting a company to honor that warranty is extremely difficult. Not so with Richmond Tile though. When some of my fixtures had their finish chipped or rubbed off, I called Richmond immediately. I spoke to Ms. Mililli who was not even my original salesperson, yet she found my records (which definitely was a plus) and called the manufacturer on my behalf to obtain replacements. Many times when your money is spent these salespeople forget you. Not so with Richmond Tile. Ms Mililli made several calls and sent emails on my behalf. As a result of her tenacity, I was able to receive fixture replacements. For this reason I highly recommend Richmond Tile and of course, Ms. Miilli.

Terrible customer service. I walked in with my mother to shop for tile and the two unfriendly workers just stared at us as if we were disturbing their morning. No one greeted us or offered to help us while we walked around the store. They just kept staring at us. We went up to the showroom and it was pitch black, no one was around to turn the lights on. Bad experience, would not return.

Rose at Richmond Tile is an experienced designer who gives you all the guidance and time you need to explore the many options the store offers. Rose is personable, knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to be happy with your selections. Throughout our remodel, Rose responded quickly to our many questions and patiently allowed us to explore our personal taste. We highly recommend Rose. She is our go-to designer for any remodel in our future. We visited many other tile stores before we decided on Richmond, we found none compared to their selection and pricing. The rest of the staff are also a cut above. Anthony the owner, is very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Edwin at the front desk is always courteous, pleasant, professional and helpful. Richmond Tile is definitely a team effort!

The bright elegant showroom , devoid of clutter, immediately sends the message that good energy abounds here, and this initial feeling was confirmed when we were greeted by Sales Manager, Rose. Her expert knowledge of Richmond’s products , as well as her own fine taste and innate people skills enabled us to furnish our entire bathroom in one visit. The array of options would have been overwhelming , but Rose narrowed the field by taking into consideration our personal design aesthetic and budget, offering pros and cons along the way. We never felt pressured; in fact, Rose encouraged us to take our time and make sure we loved every choice. A variety of design styles can be accommodated here, great for me because I’m a little bit traditional/ a lot contemporary. I highly recommend Richmond Tile and Rose.

The showroom was neat and organized with many choices of tiles and fixtures. Mr. A. Vanario was knowledgable and patient about suggestions. The delivery process was punctual and accurate. Richmond’s tiles has been the only tile store to go for me or my family. Wishing you more prosperous and successful business, Anthony!

Called today to see if they had shower heads and bathroom faucets. Asked if they had a late night during the week, he replied no. Asked if they were open on Saturdays I got hung up on.

Richmond Tile is the place to go if you want quality and beautiful selection of products. We dealt with Rose, and she is the best. With her expertise and knowledge, she was able to guide us through the renovations of a condo bathroom. We were not very experienced when it came to renovations and Rose explained everything to us. She offered us choices, and helped us make the right decision. The project was recently completed – and it looks great! Don’t hesitate to go to Richmond Tile, work with Rose — you’ll be happy you did!!

I was shopping around for tile to redo a bathroom at my home. Being from New Jersey, I went to a few places close to home and it was the same story….items were not in stock, back ordered etc. So since I work on Staten Island and pass it every day, I figured let me go to Richmond Tile and see what they have. They had a wide variety of tile to choose from and it was in stock for immediate delivery. They handled the entire process from start to finish flawlessly and with wonderful results. I highly recommend using Richmond Tile!!!
