I would recommend their services 100%. The staff, Raquel, Jessi, Carlos, and all were very professional, friendly, accomodating. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. They gave us a date and it was done on time. Very pleased with the work. Remodeling 2 bathrooms.

Love love love the customer services in this store. I was soooo indecisive for my Kitchen tiles. I have been going from store to store and the customer services is not good. So I saw this store on Google and stopped by and boy the store looked small from the outside and when you go in they have so many options. But the Sales Rep Jessie was amazing and helped me so much. She was very cheerful and so happy to help even thought I was so picky. But we finally found something that will fit my Kitchen perfectly. I will Definitely come back for any future projects for my home. Pricing was great as well. You have to check out their glass art too. Its a must

I cannot thank the staff at King Services enough for their outstanding service! They really came through in our time of need. Originally we had gone to one of their competitors ( I will not mention any names) but I will say they were a much bigger and well-known establishment. I made the mistake of thinking if I went to a bigger company, they were going to do a great job. Boy was I wrong! The only thing the other company did was over charge, treated us rudely, made promises that they were not able to keep, made us wait five weeks and then left us stranded without a countertop! Thank goodness for Jessie and Raquel at King services! I contacted them and let them know of our situation. First I spoke with Jessie. She was so compassionate and understanding of what we were going through. She did explain, however, that they did not carry the quartz that we had fell in love with and wasn’t sure if they could get it. But, one phone call and they were right on it! Jessie worked with Raquel and both of them went above and beyond to make this happen. They contacted the quartz manufacturer immediately to see if they can get it in for us. Not only were they able to get the exact same quartz, they also beat the competitors price by $1,200! They had their fabricator, Freddy, at our home within 2 days to measure everything. Freddy was awesome as well. He was polite, punctual, and had our countertops installed within one week and they were perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We definitely learned a lesson on this one. Sometimes you gotta give the little guy a chance and we are so happy we did. I know I will be hiring them in the future for additional work to our home. Thank you Jessie, Raquel and Freddy! We appreciate everything you have done for us

I have to give Raquel and her team an A+ rating for all their wonderful work and craftsmanship. Carlos, Juan and Eddie were always on time, so courteous and professional. Raquel promised a 4 week completion date and would have been done even earlier except for a delay with my flooring, handled by another party. The result was even more beautiful than I had anticipated, and at a cost thousands less than 3 other quotes I received

We found this company through Etsy and placed an order for a custom mosaic backsplash for our kitchen renovation. They were very responsive to all of my questions and the many, many emails I sent them throughout the process. They even went so far as to make a change to the completed project to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them! We love our backsplash!!

Needed help to remodel my kitchen and came upon this spot to try it out and get some estimates. Met an amazing person Jessenia who helped me and explained to me the whole process of everything how it was going to look in the end and fell in love with the finished project. Definitely going back to get my bathrooms remodeled soon.
