After having a terrible experience at another local store working with tile gallery was great! I was greeted right when walking in and shown plenty of options to go with the design idea I had. Every staff member was personable and friendly. And the selection of tile is huge!

I have been working with Tile Gallery for over 10 years. Every interation I have with them is a pleasure. Jayda is wonderful to work with. She pays attention to details and has thoughtful input on design. She is not pushy or “Salesy” (which I have found at other showrooms) I’ve trusted them with many of my client projects and several of my personal projects. I find their pricing competative, their service to be top notch and their products of great quality. They are always bringing in new while also offering the classic options. Grade: A++ from this interior designer.

Have nothing available in stock, only to be ordered. The store associates seemed to busy to help finding anything. We were suggested to go around and take a look at the tiles ourselves.

Incredible selection of tiles…like too much to be honest. Staff is knowledgeable and lead-times seem good. Gary, Theresa and Jason have all been helpful

What excellent customer service! Went in for a specific piece for a small project in my RV, and the manager allowed me to use some discontinued samples. I’ve been tiling for 30 years and never had anything from a tile store gratis. Thank you Tile Gallery!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful glass tile purchased at Tile Gallery,. Jamie was so helpful and encouraged me to choose the tile that I fell in love with even if it was a little out of my comfort zone. I am so glad that she did. I think our kitchen upgrade should really be in a magazine ! It’s not the biggest house and far from the fanciest but what a difference it has made to our kitchen. Everyone I show the pictures to, is amazed at how beautiful it came out.

I had a fantastic experience here! I received the help I needed as soon as I walked in without any pressure at all. I was asked if I wanted to take some tile home to see what we liked best and the process was very simple. I went back to order and the staff took some of their personal time to assist me with planning my project as the store had closed while I was there. The delivery came on the date I was told, just a few days after my order. Very pleased.
