From start to finish (and I made A LOT of visits to the store during this process) the entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us to ensure we found the perfect flooring for our home. They truly listened to our needs and preferences, and the result is absolutely stunning! Mo tile used to be our go to tile place good service and quality material. Unfortunately, the new management has not kept that theme going. The showroom staff needs to be better trained and learn the can do, customer first attitued. Since this post, I have spoken with the owner. He was receptive to some constructive criticism. I look forward to continuing to do business with Missouri tile.
